When you submit an enquiry with us, we ask for your name, email address and telephone number. Once you register and sign up for our services, you are not anonymous to us. We use personal information to fulfil your requests for certain products and services. We will not use personal information for any purpose without your consent.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)

Some of our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised are inclusive of all taxes applicable. This is a broad based tax on consumption, which applies to the supply of most goods and services.

 

CURRENCY

All prices on www.farmgatecheese.com.au are listed in Australian dollars (AUD$).

 

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS

All hamper items are subject to stock availability. If, due to unforseen circumstances, it is neccesary to substitute an item, Farmgate Cheese guarantees that such substitution will be of equal or greater value.

Due to Quarantine and Environmental Authority guideleines, some fresh produce may not be shipped interstate - in this case, a suitable alternative will be substituted.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY

Please note that for photographic purposes, props such as dishes and glasses may have been used. Please refer to fully itemised hamper contents listed on specific product pages for detailed hamper content.

 

ALCOHOL

All alcoholic products offered for sale by Farmgate Cheese are NOT available to persons under the age of 18 years.

 

WARNING

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence

- To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $6000)

-For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceed $500) LIQUOR LICENCE NO. 36119132

 

 

CANCELLED ORDERS

Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administration fee, ONLY IF cancellation notice is received by Farmgate Cheese 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
